Less than 1 gram of total sugar per 30g bag. Zero added sucrose, fructose, or glucose syrup. The tiny bit of natural sugar comes from the cocoa bean itself.

For the sweet taste we use maltitol — a sugar alcohol derived from plant starch. It tastes like sugar, has about half the calories, and doesn't spike blood glucose the same way (GI 36 vs sugar's 65).

It's a low-sugar snack that fits well in low-carb lifestyles, but it's not a medical product. Maltitol is generally considered better than sugar for blood-glucose-conscious folks, but everyone responds slightly differently. If you have diabetes, check with your doctor and read the full nutrition label.

Per 30g bag: 12g carbs (3g fiber, <1g sugar, 8g sugar alcohol).

One bag = 30g = one serving = approximately 15 chocolate-covered almonds. We size it as a single-snack portion deliberately — open, finish, move on. No half-bag guilt.

Cashew and peanut versions swap the nut. Same cocoa, same maltitol, same salt. No emulsifiers, no soy lecithin, no "natural flavors," no preservatives.

Halal: yes, certified by MUI (Majelis Ulama Indonesia), and P-IRT registered. Cert numbers printed on every bag.

Vegan: the recipe contains no animal products. The dark chocolate is made with cocoa mass, not milk. Produced in a facility that doesn't handle dairy or eggs.

Allergens: contains tree nuts (almonds, cashews) or peanuts depending on bag. Made in a facility that handles all three.
