About the Product
Is Snackspot really sugar-free?
Less than 1 gram of sugar per 30g serving. We use Maltitol instead of regular sugar — it's a sugar alcohol from natural plant starch that tastes sweet but doesn't spike your blood sugar the way regular sugar does. Zero added sugar? Absolutely.
What is Maltitol?
Maltitol is a sugar alcohol derived from malt syrup. It has a glycemic index of about 36 compared to 65 for regular sugar, meaning it causes a much smaller blood sugar response. It's widely used in sugar-free products globally and is approved by food safety authorities. We use food-grade Maltitol — no artificial sweeteners, no aspartame, no sucralose.
Is Snackspot halal?
Yes. Halal certified — every ingredient, every process, every batch. Certified by Indonesian halal certification authorities. This isn't optional for us, it's fundamental.
What are the ingredients?
Roasted almonds, sugar-free dark chocolate (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, Maltitol, soy lecithin), and a pinch of salt. That's the entire list. No artificial colors, no preservatives, no mystery ingredients.
What are the nutrition facts?
Per 30g serving: approximately 150 calories, less than 1g sugar, 4g protein, 10g fat, 12g carbohydrates, 2g fiber. The exact values vary slightly between products. Full nutrition labels are on every pack.
Is Snackspot keto-friendly?
It fits most keto macros. 12g carbs, 10g fat, and 4g protein per 30g serving. The carbs come partly from Maltitol which many keto followers count differently. Check with your nutritionist if you're strict keto.
Is Snackspot safe for diabetics?
Many of our customers are diabetic and choose Snackspot because of the low glycemic impact. That said — we're a snack company, not doctors. If you have diabetes, check with your healthcare provider about whether Maltitol works for your specific situation.
Is Snackspot safe for kids?
Yes. No artificial additives, halal certified, high in protein, and no added sugar. Parents across Indonesia give Snackspot to their kids as a healthier alternative to regular chocolate snacks. Contains tree nuts, so check for nut allergies.

All across Indonesia. Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Bali, Yogyakarta, Medan, Semarang, Makassar, Palembang, and every major city. Same-day delivery in Bali and Jakarta. 48 hours to most other cities.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates depend on your location and order size. Message us on WhatsApp for exact rates to your area.
Do you do bulk or corporate orders?

Do you have gift hampers?
Yes. We offer curated gift hampers perfect for Lebaran, Eid, birthdays, corporate gifting, and any occasion. Prices range from Rp 35,000 for a single pack up to Rp 230,000 for premium selections. All beautifully packaged and halal certified.
Can I add a personal message?

About the Brand
Where is Snackspot made?
In Bali, Indonesia. Our production facility is in Kabupaten Badung. The founders traveled to Italy to learn from experienced chocolatiers, and brought that expertise back to Indonesia.
Who founded Snackspot?
Snackspot was founded by Sebastian and Brigita — a German-Indonesian couple who met in Berlin. After Brigita was diagnosed as prediabetic, they became obsessed with making snacks that actually taste good without all the sugar. Months of kitchen experiments, a trip to Italy to learn from chocolatiers, and one scrapped product later, Snackspot was born.
