  • Personally Identifiable Information (PII):

    • Your Phone Number (for WhatsApp).

    • Your name, as associated with your Meta profile.

  • Message Content:

    • The content of messages you send to us, including text, images, or other media.

  • Order Information:

    • When you place an order, we receive details about that order, which may include:

      • Products you ordered (Product ID, quantity)

      • The price and currency of the items.

      • The catalog ID.

      • Any text or notes you send along with your order.

  • Webhook Technical Data:

    • Timestamps of messages.

    • Metadata about the message or interaction.

This platform acts as our data processor, receiving the webhook data from Meta and executing the automated workflows (like responding to you or logging your order) on our behalf. We only share the information necessary for them to perform this function.

  • Shopify: We send your order details to our Shopify store to create and fulfill your order.

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

We use Make.com and Shopify to process your data. These platforms employ industry-standard security measures to protect the data that flows through them.
